- What types of polo shirts does Korefitt offer? We offer every kind of polo imaginable: classic solid pique, breathable drip-dry, striped rugby, contrast-collar executive, all-over printed casual, performance stretch, slim-fit, regular-fit, oversized street-style, and more — from XS to 3XL. If it's a polo, chances are we have it or we're adding it soon!
- How do I choose the right size for my body? Our sizes are designed specifically for Pakistani builds, with accurate shoulder width, chest, and length. Check the detailed size chart on every product page (in inches and cm). We recommend measuring your favorite fitting polo at home and comparing it. If still unsure, drop us a message with your height/weight/chest measurements — we'll guide you!
- Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across all of Pakistan. You pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment needed for COD orders.
- How long does delivery take, and what are the shipping charges? We usually deliver within 2–4 working days nationwide (faster in major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad). Shipping is free on orders above PKR 3,000; otherwise, a flat fee of PKR 250–350 applies depending on your location.
- Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can track it live through our courier partners (Leopards, TCS, BlueEx, etc.).
- What is your return/exchange policy? We offer easy returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the polo is unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging. Just initiate through your account or contact support. Return shipping is on us for defective/wrong items; for size/style changes, customer covers return courier charges.
- Are your polo shirts suitable for Pakistan's hot and humid weather? Yes — we select fade-resistant, anti-pill, breathable fabrics like premium pique cotton, interlock, and performance blends that handle heat, humidity, sweat, and frequent washes without losing shape or color.
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa/Master), and online payment gateways for secure checkout.
- How should I wash and care for my Korefitt polo? Machine wash cold or warm (max 40°C), inside out, with like colors. Avoid bleach, high-heat tumble dry, and ironing directly on prints. Hang dry or low-heat tumble for best results — your polo will stay sharp for years.
- Where is Korefitt based, and do you ship internationally? We're proudly based in Pakistan and ship to every city and town across the country (including remote areas via our trusted couriers). At this time, we focus on Pakistan only, but stay tuned for future international shipping updates!
